What to expect
Couples sessions are 50 minutes and typically begin with both partners attending together. Your psychologist will take time to understand each person's perspective before setting shared goals. Sessions are available in-person at our South Calgary office and virtually across Alberta.
Cherub Dhillon, our Registered Psychologist specializing in couples and family therapy, leads most couples sessions. Individual sessions may also be recommended at certain points in treatment.
