About Sheryl
Sheryl Singh is a Registered Psychologist and Co-Director at South Calgary Psychology Group. With six years of clinical experience, she has built a practice grounded in warmth, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to meeting each client exactly where they are.
Sheryl has a particular passion for working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges. She is known for her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages feel understood and supported from the very first session.
Whether she is using play therapy with a younger child, CBT with a teenager working through social anxiety, or DBT skills with an adult managing intense emotions, Sheryl tailors her approach to fit the individual, not the other way around.
Sheryl serves clients across South Calgary and the surrounding communities, including Legacy, Mahogany, Auburn Bay, Cranston, Shawnessy, Silverado, Sundance, and Millrise, in person at our South Calgary office or virtually anywhere in Alberta.
ADHD & school-related challenges
Sheryl has extensive experience supporting children, teens, and adults living with ADHD, including those recently diagnosed, those who suspect they may have ADHD, and those already managing a diagnosis but looking for better strategies. She works on focus, impulse control, emotional regulation, and the self-esteem challenges that often come alongside ADHD.
For children and teens, Sheryl also addresses the school-related concerns parents often contact us about:
School anxiety and school refusal
Academic stress and performance anxiety
Social difficulties at school
Peer relationships and bullying
Attention and focus in class
Emotional outbursts or meltdowns
Neurodivergent-affirming support
Transition anxiety (new school, grade changes)
Note: Sheryl provides ADHD therapy and support. If you are looking for a formal psychoeducational assessment or ADHD diagnosis, please contact us and we can discuss options.

Sheryl provides professional psychological support letters for clients who need formal documentation. These letters are carefully tailored to each individual's situation and can support requests for:
School and university accommodations (extended time, reduced course loads)
Workplace accommodations or modified duties
ADHD-related support and resource access
Government disability applications
Housing or disability-related applications
Other formal support needs
Support letters are available to existing clients following an appropriate assessment and therapeutic relationship. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
